According to Stellantis' IATF 16949 CSR, FMEA Report is introduced as a Stellantis designated format. Can you share this FMEA Report template as below?

I would urge you to reach out to your designated Stellantis SQ rep, of course assuming your firm is a Stellantis supplier? If your firm is in fact a Stellantis supplier, this type info should be available via the Supplier Connect portal...

Unfortunately, My firm is not a tier-1 supplier of stellantis, so that potral is not available.

If you are not a direct supplier to Stellantis, why would you need their FMEA report templates?

If your customer says you must use them as Stellantis CSR's have flowed down to your organization, your customer is responsible for providing them for you.

I work with automotive industry clients as an iatf16949 and vda6 3 auditor in Korea.
I just need the template to research information for applying aiag vda fmea.

My suggestion would be contact your customer, assuming they are the Tier 1 into Stellantis, and request they supply you with the document from the B2B PSA Portal, although I would politely question them as to why this is a requirement being requested from your company as you do not supply direct to Stellantis, only exception would be if you are a directed supplier.

PSA CSR just for your information:
8.3.5.1 Design and development outputs — supplemental Design FMEA are conducted by the supplier (except for supplier only in charge of the industrialization, only concerned with the process FMEA). The use AIAG/VDA FMEA Handbook is strongly recommended and PSA must be consulted in case of use of any other standard (including former PSA standard) PSA may request action plans even if not absolutely imposed by the standard, as for events with Action Priorities classified as Medium or Low, especially for the highest levels of Severities Whatever the standard applied, the most critical points for Design FMEA and any action plans are managed during exchanges with PSA, using the document 'Design FMEA Report' 01272_06_00006.

I already know that the application of Stellantis' CSR is limited to direct suppliers.
I am collecting related information for data research on aiag vda fmea and hope to get that information here
