You might also want to include content that reinforces the clauses below. I would also change any content regularly to maximise the chance of people reading it:

5.1a - Top management shall provide evidence of its commitment to the development and implementation of the quality management system and continually improving its effectiveness by: communicating to the organization the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.

6.2.2d - The organization shall: ensure that its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives, and

I am developing an employee ISO 9001 home page on an intranet. Any suggestions on what to put on it in addition to the Quality Policy and audit results?

Qmss1, much better than just uploading parts of your system, or even the whole, is allowing your employees to edit the documentation. Don't think such freedom would result in bad documents. As the article points out, if you do this on a wiki, the documents can and will improve because of the built in incentives:

• Every user works for the same organization and is identified with name and password.
• All changes to the wiki, as well as their authors and times, are logged. The information is available to all through a page-history link, and to the administrator by user or date.
• Changes to any, or all documents may be monitored by any user through email or RSS.
• Reverting to prior versions of a document is easy and quick, for those rare occasions where that would be needed.

Thank you Jane - we are a 24 x 7 enterprise. We need all of our employees to know what is going on with our ISO 9001 effort and to be involved. The intent is to let everyone know what information they need to know - when the upcoming internal/external audits are - whats expected of them and where they can find information.

OK, so I think you've started to answer your own questions with this... you can't force involvement (of course) but you can encourage / help /promote it by putting up info that's useful to them, and by making it short, readable and clear. No ISO waffle, pliz.

Right away, I'd think of using short, grabby headings like: What's New - What's Coming Up? and Where To Find It...

I'd also look to find a small group of 'feedback people' that you can use to
bounce ideas off and get feedback from.

As with any online stuff, keep it user-friendly and keep it current. You'll just have to try it out, and see what works as well as what doesn't.
