Maybe Mr. Simpson, our "new" liaison with IRCA could explain it. But, let's realize that, in practical terms, IRCA's policies have very little impact on actual audits. IRCA (nor RABQSA) is not a mandatory part of the accredited certification process. Even IRCA certificated
auditors can exercize selective hearing to IRCA's mandates.
If ISO 9001:2000's original intent was already being met in a system, will IRCA auditors write a nonconformity if there are no changes made? :mg: If so, what will they write it against?
