First, what do you expect of your supplier? If you are ISO 9001, and you expect them to be, you already know what questions need to be looked into from your own audit training, no?
List the things that are the most important for your operations, and then look at where those are controlled in your suppliers operations. If you have had any difficulties or nonconforming shipments, look at those areas to see if they've put measures in place to improve customer satisfaction.
I know that this may not seem helpful, but to just take a generic checklist and fill it out does not really do anything for you or your supplier, imho. If they already have certification, you need to focus on what will help you, not waste your time doing another audit to see if they are compliant to the standard.
