i have a doubt, is there any intructions about how to create your own severity, occurrence and detection tables?? im going to create a system fmea and i cant find the steps that can tell me how to create them.

Because you have the apparent luxury of creating your own criteria, you shouldn't worry about absolute values. The FMEA SOD factors should be considered relative values. For example, in "Occurence," you can create a scale of 1-10 where 1 = negligible risk of occurrence and 10 means occurrence is inevitable.
