I need to update on the status of our 30-60-90 Improvement Plan. We had identified 7 action areas under which there are sub-items to be completed within 30, 60 and 90 days respectively. For example, in the attachment, Action area 1 has a total of 5 action items - 2 each under 30 and 60 days and 1 item under 90 days.
Currently, I am showing the status to our management by a simple excel pictorial (as attached) but would like suggestions on making it better.
