Tax benefits of ISO 9001

Hello all,

I found deduction guidance for registration expenses for a US company in the IRS regulations at 26 CFR Part 1.263(a)-4 and example 4, but I am wondering if anyone knows
(1) If there are any tax benefits to companies outside the US related to ISO registration and
(2) Are there tax benefits to customers for dealing with ISO certified companies (I believe in the EU?)?

Thank you in advance for any insights.

In India, there is a Reimbursement Scheme for ISO9k / 14k / HACCP certifications.

Adopted into US tax code years ago, I used to cover it during courses I delivered when I was asked about benefits

There are no tax benefits for EU customers when dealing with ISO 9001 certified companies. However, the actual benefits, both tangiable and intangible, are incalculable.
