Thanks Stijloor,

Yes, I have looked at what QuEST Forum has, and there are a lot of great resources, many of which I will be able to take advantage of.

What I am specifically looking for are tried examples of documented manuals, procedures, forms, etc. that have been tested by certification. It will provide me with more information about how flexible I can be when documenting others.

Michael,

I gathered from your introduction post that you are a consultant. The documentation that you will (help) prepare for your Clients will obviously depend on a number of factors. I assume that you will consider these factors, because there is really no "one-size-fits-all" as far as documenting quality management systems is concerned.

Maybe there are some Cove Members who are willing to share their TL 9000 specific documents.

In the mean time, have a look at these threads...

Stijloor.

Stijloor,

You are quite right. I am a stickler for information. Although I have worked with many different varieties of quality management systems (including the automotive sector which TL 9000 seems to emulate), I always want to have as much new knowledge of "tried and true" that I can before going into a slightly different area. This allows me to see what I can use from past experience, and the level of similarities that exist with other sectors. Although I have a subject matter expert with TL 9000 experience working with me on this one, I feel the need to confirm their thoughts with others....you would probably agree that the more data points you have, the closer you are to the truth.

Thanks for your continued interest, I appreciate it.:)

Michael,

I am new to the TL 9000 process and was wondering besides the two manuals on the quest website, if there are any other good supporting documents. I am taking over the certification for a small company that is 1/2 done and trying to make it all fit together.

Thanks,
Cynthia Wertz
