Jennifer got it right...initially forget the 13485 and other, you need to take of the OSHA issues 1st...
Next, it's not the training they need related to 13485, it's what competencies are required of the job and can the temps demonstate effective achievement of them?
If not,then you need to use training, "or any other means" to help employees achieve the competency requirements.
Training isn't the goal you need to seek, it's competency....Read the Standard again.
