Test Method Validation of Vision System

Hi,

I work in the pharma/med industry. We recently introduced an automated vision system. I am looking for some resources/templates that could help me draft and perform a test method validation using the vision system. The vision system will have pass/fail criteria so we need to validate the test method to make sure the system is consistently performing and we have a baseline.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since you are medical systems I would recommend the McNemer approach as it is statistically more appropriate than the agreement or even Kappa approach.

Thank you so much for sharing! This is very helpful. Can we use a similar system like CMM or SmartScope to create master samples and then validate/calibrate our vision system using the master samples?
