Will those textiles contact more than intact skin? What's the cumulative contact duration?
There's really not that much to it. You need to consider the base substance(s) and any additive/colourants, both intended to stay in the textile, and used in the manufacturing processes. Then you can evaluate what the odds are of clearing it through biological evaluation (biocompatibility). A manufacturer that can't/won't share with you such info, or indicative biocompatibility test certificates, is not one you want to work with.
