Personally, I would recommend purchasing The ASQ ISO 9000:2000 Handbook directly from ASQ ($120USD or $96USD for ASQ members). It includes ISO 9000:2000, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9004:2000 on CD, as well as ISO 11462-1 (Use of SPC), TC/176/SC 2/M 524R2, ISO/TC 176/SC 2/N 525R and ISO/TC 176/SC 2/N 544R (support documents).
All included with a great text including interpretations of each clause and examples of application in different industries.
