The difference between Feasibility Assessment and Contract Review

Please, could someone explain to me the difference between feasibility assessment and contract review?
In which phase i should carry out the first and in which the second?

thank you in advance :bigwave:

Re: Feasibility VS Contract Review

Typically, a feasibility assessment happens very early in the process, to ascertain that a product/service can deliver some performance expectations.

Only after a feasibility assessment confirms the possibility of performance being achievable, a contract negotiation would ensue.

And contract review is either part of negotiations, or it's own step after the purchase order arrives and you check to see what kinds of land mines the customer slipped in.
