Average Number of Visitors Registering every month

Here's a 'Benchmark' (of sorts), if the 'mod' is working right. It appears that an average of 283 people register in the forums each month, but I don't know if it's averaging from June 1998 when the messages that were imported date back to, or from 2001 when the software was installed.

Too bad vBulletin doesn't have a data output that I could do a line graph with. I'll have to look into a way to get that data out of the database.

Any MySQL query experts here?

EDIT ADD: I was able to get a data dump going back to 2003. It may have started there due to data problems after a major vBulletin software upgrade. For those interested, here it is.

Well Mark, you are definitely the spirit of this site. Please keep it going for 20 years or so until I retire! I am sure you have had "suggestions" from people to make this a pay site, and I am greatful and relieved you have never went that route.
The numbers speak for themselves and it is purely due to the model and ideals of free exchange of knowledge, and participation through free will of well experienced moderators that has kept this site thriving. The idea that knowlege can be free is truly revolutionary in this period of history and American culture.
