The 'bad' part is that while the number of visitors is rising, Google AdSense income (cents for each click through) has dropped over 30% since January... I'm not sure what the reason is. There are so many variables and 'unknowns' that I cannot determine exactly what is happening. It may be that companies are bidding lower for related key words, which is what I suspect is the reason.

As to the increase in visitors and page views (etc.), please applaud the folks who answer people's questions every day.

NOTE: This is NOT a 'come on' to get people to click ads!!!!!! Please do NOT try to help by clicking Google ads. Please! Only click on an ad when an advertisement really interests you.

I will say that I am happy to see the increase in visitors. All the more people are getting the help they need and sharing what they have with others.

Naw - Sitting at about 40% of last year's gross. Not terrible, but quite a drop. I think companies are bidding less than in the past but there are so many factors that it's really just a guess. % Click through rate has been stable for a couple of years, as would be expected. Cents per click appears to have stabilized as of now, but it's way down from last year.
