Generally, it's all important - at least to test houses and regulators!
But for any electrical medical device the electrical safety aspects in section 8 are fundamental. This covers Means of Protection, Protective Earthing, Insulation requirements, creepage and clearance distances, classification of applied parts and additional requirements for 'floating' parts.
