Welcome to the Cove!:bigwave:

I'm unclear as to your purpose in listing these at this time. Do you have a question regarding any of these? Do you have a comment whether these are good or bad definitions?

I note you put a list in another thread where a person had indicated confusion about implementing an ISO Quality Management
Stage 1、training:
Stage 2、establish ISO9000 committee
Stage 3、diagnose management system
Stage 5、write system document
Stage 6、try to run system
Stage 7、begin to interior audit and management review
Stage 8、run in due form
Stage 9、begin to simulate audit by yourself before 3rd audit , in order to decrease risk
Stage 10、chose certification body
Stage 11、begin to 3rd audit
Stage 12、maintaining system and continual improvement
but you didn't elaborate. Such lists are widely available, but usually they are accompanied by comment about "how" or special tips beyond the bare list. Similarly, almost anyone involved in implementing an ISO-based Quality Management System has access to the definitions listed by you in this thread.

Help us understand your purpose by adding more information than a simple reprint of someone else's material.

Thanks for your advice!

In fact , I'm not sure if everyone know difference between ISO9000:2000 & ISO9000:2005, so I want to share this information.

Anyway, I'll do consider your comment.

Thanks for the information but everything other than "3.3.8 Contract" has already been defined in ISO 19011:2002 and just included in ISO 9000:2005, so they really aren't new.
