Thanks for the attachments Mary - I am another who didn't know what a Turtle Diagram was. When I was a QE in a past life, Turtles hadn't been "invented" yet. Now I get it! {I hope Randy's not looking...}

BTW, in your first attachment you have the following statement;

There is an urban myth that procedures must spell out everything in minute detail “... in case someone falls under a bus”.

Our most recent ISO Auditor's favorite version of this "urban myth" was - "...in case someone gets run over by a lottery ticket".

...just thought I'd share that thought.

Hi, my name is Sophia I am at the present time implementing ISO900:2000 and ISO 13485 in an NGO which does only project management for IVD. They outsource developement but they contol the whole process.

I have registered to this forum to get help as I am still a novice in the field.
