QMS and EMS Manager for Diamonex. Six sigma black belt in training.
We perform Diamond Like coatings for all major industires. Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Semicon, Science, Consumer Electronics. We coat plastic, glass and metal to make it wear and scratch resistant. Being the Management Rep, we all know what the role entails, as well as being the best "salesman" for the company / business systems.
3. Industry you're in or have been in.
Various - Worked on III-V Crystal growth development and process development, translating the PhD requirements into text that production understood. (This was probably the fist quality function). Started BS5750 efforts for CVD deposition. All in the UK. Relocated to the USA in 1998. High and low temperature ceramic deposition, plasma assisted deposition and development of all the above quality systems. Back-to-back ISO implementations at facilities across the east coast from 2000 - date.

Boil everything. Make it manditory for all CEO's, CFO's to be trained ISO auditors.
