My name is Charlene and I'm a full time student at the University of Phoenix Online and I work full time for a Federal agency.

3. 26 years working for the same company
4. Tenaga Nasional Berhad (National Energy Limited)
5. 17 years in Q activities - 5S, QCC, TQM etc
6. I am a trainer and like to share knowledge
7. QCC - team activities
8. I'll make sure that everyone and everything think, hear, see, smell and feel quality

Hello, fellow Quality Folks. Let me introduce myself:
My name is Diane Swafford and I am Corporate Quality Coordinator at a not-for-profit ISO 9001 registered organization. I have been in the Quality field for 25+ yrs (an indication of just how old I am!) and have done everything from dimensional and visual inspection of product to implmenting quality systems. I think my favorite quality "task" is performing audits; I love to ask questions re how things are done and see if they match what is documented and obtain "evidence". I have mainly joined this forum in order to get more info re TS16949 as we are going for certification in TS; we are currently ISO. :bigwave:
