7. External auditors that MUST tell us how to 'run' our business
8. Right now companies look as QA as a have to. A second thought that management scrambles with at least once a year. I would like to see it top of the management list of MUST HAVE AND FOLLOW.

7. My pet peeve is when people do not take quality seriously.
8. If I could change the world of quality, I would require everyone in an organization to work in the quality department. This would help them better understand quality principles and how best to ensure quality stays at the top of everyones mind.
