One of our regular members made a comment recently to the effect the Cove (this internet Discussion Forum) becomes addictive once folks discover it while searching for a solution to a question.

How To Use the Forum Software - Basic Instructions

It's the "Basic Instructions" forum, look at some of the threads here. It's as good of a place to look as any. The FAQ's can answer almost any question you might have about how to use the Cove. Someone took time to start it. When you've looked here, jump in and ask a question. Don't worry, most of us are friendly here.

I just discovered this wonderful forum this morning and I'm happy to join.

Name: Elizabeth Rafferty
Title: Quality/Regulatory Manager. I am responsible for maintaining and managing the QMS for the company, all regulatory functions for doing business with USA, Canada and the rest of the world, documentation manager where I maintain all of the docs for the company, prepare user manuals, manufacturing documentation, labelling, etc. Needless to say, I wear many hats and I'm always busy. I started my career as a technical writer and I have just added responsibilities along the way.
