Hi, this is John Engelen, Quality Manager in transport and logistics services company DSV.
I’m located in Venray, The Netherlands, where we run the European distribution center of Xerox.

Working in the company since 1990 I made my steps through operations and jumped to Quality in 1998 starting as a Quality Engineer before I took over the Quality Manager’s responsibilities three years later.

I believe that “all I really need to know I learned in kindergarten”. Everything else I can find on the internet. As a matter of fact I always follow logical thinking and common sense to achieve goals.
My pet peeve is to see how somebody tends to avoid responsibilities.

Quality can merely be found in the purpose we pursue. Our task is to help people find directions.

5. Length of time in quality function - I have been in charge of the quality management system of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Company since 2001 when the company has applied ISO 9001:2000. Now I do want to realize this function in TRURUCO.

My name is Pam Wester. I am the Quality Coordinator responsible for design and implementation of ISO 9001 and 13485 QMSs. We just had our readiness review and are scheduled for a registration audit at the end of October with NSF-ISR. This is the 4th system I have put in and it has taken me 6 months.
