Hi people,

i am judy quality representative for managemtn at my company where av been working for about two years now.

we deal in supply of industrial and agricultural equipment and are distributors of skf bearings and stihl power tools and jungheinrich machinery.

i love cats, reading and writing.

i am 28 years old and interested in knowing more about stds available n getting as much information on drafting proper procedures for our compamy as i have no previous training on this.

By the way which country are you based? Personally I think this forum will not help you a lot in drafting of procedures blah blah in relation to implementation of ISO 9001:2000 or any other ISO system. What you really need now is training on systems. An awareness session followed by other trainings in procedure writing, conducting audits etc etc. Please discuss with the management of your company so that such trainings may be organised for you. Hope that partly answers your querries.

I somewhat disagree. We can help. Judy may be able to find some procedures in the file attachments that she can use as an example and adapt to her organization's processes. Notice, I'm not suggesting she copy them, but that she take her processes and describe them in a similar manner.

1 You stated that you work in Taiwantion - is that the new name of Taiwan coined by President Chen ShuiBien?
2. When you fired your boss, you need to look for another. A better and more positive solution is to take over his position (that's what I did).
