machinist did that for 10 years and yes I,ve been with the company 17

I am a Australian pathologist living in Los Angeles. I am involved in research in energy based medical therapies; as opposed to pharmaceuticals. I use the term Progressive Medicine for this endeavor and work within an Institute of Progressive Medicine. The major theme is to help with the development and validation of energy based medicine in this country and to then make the results known to countries in which the Governments provide health care. The institute is a non-profit public charity and is dependent upon and appreciative of the help it receives.
Specifically, I am seeking help from an ISO 13485: 2003 certified medical device manufacturer with CMDCAS approval. Health Canada has classified an approach to treating herpes virus infections as comprising a combination of two Class II medical devices. I had identifed an ISO 13485: 2003 certified "manufacturer" to repackage the components but now realize the certificate did not cover Canada. I would appreciate any introductions to possible companies, preferably in Los Angeles, that could act as the manufacturer and medical device licensee.
