Hello everybody, I'm so glad to introduce myself to all of Elsmar Forums members, My Name is Mohamed E. Ghoraba, (Egypt) I've 5 Years experience with Quality in cables manufacturing field. I'm so interested in learnig and applying all possible quality techniques, especially 6 sigma methodology. I strongly believe in teamwork and information exchange. Thank you all.

For those who have "lurked" for a while before signing up, don't be embarrassed - I lurked for nearly 3 years before I registered nearly five years ago.

The wonderful community of quality folk we have here approximates Andrew Carnegie's "group mind." Carnegie was of the opinion the whole (all of us) is greater than the sum of its parts because of the synergy created when the individuals have a place to bounce their ideas and hear different views.

We're looking forward to YOUR addition to our synergy!

7. Manuals and Documents that use a lot of words to say nothing.
8. People and manuals would be in plain everyday language that everyone can understand. If you don't know enough about something to explain it to a layman, you're no expert.
