Add 'Quality' to every job description and all new employee training.

Discovered this wonderful website by doing a Google search for an audit checklist example...found it too! Thank you Elsmar Cove People! :thanx:

2. Job Title or explanation of what you do: Manager Quality certified ISO internal auditor and GB certified. Responsible for implementing QMS for a BPO space of an Org.
3. Industry you're in or have been in: I've been with customer care and BPO. Recently I got an opportunity to work with IT company.
4. Good ITEs company in India
5. Length of time in quality function: Basically got introduced to quality 6 years back but can say core quality job recently started.

8. If you could change the world of quality, what would you do? : Keep a mandate for new joiner to be certified as a Internal ISO auditor before he joins the company:)

5. By the way, located in Malaysia (north of Singapore for those who don't know)
6. ISO 9001 assessor, AS9100 internal assessor.
7. Love the aviation industry.
8. Good sense of humor, sometimes even in the wrong place( which has landed me into trouble!!)

Hi, I thought I may introduce myself. I have only just begun to dip into the mass of information on this site.

Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire, UK

Job: HSQE Officer (Business Process Mapping) for a global supplier of door technology systems.

Interests: Business Process Mapping / Internal Audit / Quality Audit / ISO 9000 / Access Databases / Project Management

As someone quite new to the sector and also one of the younger members of the forum by the looks of it I aim to learn more about best practice in all the above areas. I am tasked with process mapping the entire organisation (I have used QMap - noone else seems to use this! - so am looking into alternatives) and writing an quality audit system in Access :mg:
