Hi,
Good day to all.

I am Varadarjan aged 51 years.
Product design & Development @ MICO BOSCH- INDIA & QMS Manager at Design services company.
D&D -25 years and In ISO/TS.. QMS 5 Years.
To change.. I will do strict auditds on clients(Think them as suppliers)and if found not showing any improvements - Recommend cancellation of ISO certificate.


I too agree like others that this is best quality site that provides great service to many by teaching and guiding.
This cove has the best auditors and consultants also.
I thank every one for their service

Hello Folks!

I am Ganesh from India.

I run a machine shop and am involved in manufacturing of precision machined parts for the automotive industry.

I am in this business for the last 7 years.

I am keen on learning new business practices for improving quality and I am currently in the process of implementing TS16949 system in my organisation

6. Spent 10 years in automotive testing and currently manage test lab and quality departments. We are a small company of under 75 employees.
7. The fact that we are TS2 Certified and still have to be audited by the customers!
8. Some common sense practices. There are times when it just costs too much for the payback.

Maybe you could write a few lines on this in the thread "Quality has to do with Attitude, not Certifications" as I have had several personal experiences re your point 7 and can perhaps give a reason why this "stupidity" is "normal". :bigwave:

3. We have developed and Implemented ERP Software and other Industrial Solutions (ECN Tracking, Drawings Database etc) for Mfg Industries (largely for Auto Component Manufacturers). We have enabled the same environment for TS reporting.

4. Compserv Consultants Private Limited, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India

5. Since last 9 years.

6. I know few siimple and proven ways to capture quality related data which I know helps immnensly to achive, Monitor and consistanlty deliver quality.

7. Floor Supervisor's reluctuance to capture quality related data.

8. I'll add quality related lessons in Primary school's syllabus. I should be embeded in everybody's mind before they come to an age.
