Hi!

I'm Pratibha Agrawal, with 12 yrs. experience in implementing QMs, EMS, OHSAS & ISMS.

Currently My office is shifted to new building & i'm analysising the new threats for ISMS.

:) My name is Nancy Sue Wainwright and I was referred to this list as a possible source for Quality personnel. I am a contingency recruiter working at all levels of plant operations including: manufacturing; engineering; maintenance; sales, and management. I've been in the business for over 25 years and truly enjoy what I do. For the most part, I concentrate on the Metals Industry and Heat transfer Industries but I have worked in Aerospace, Electronics, and government contracting.

As I am not a 'regional' recruiter, the opportunities I handle could be anywhere in the U.S. and occasionally Canada. Generally, this does not include Hawaii or Alaska.

At this time, I have 2 opportunities I will be posting to the list. Please respond directly to me if you are interested. My policy is: No one is referred to a company without that persons' express permission. Any referrals are guaranteed confidence unless specifically requested otherwise.

Oh! My pet peeve, which has not changed in all these years, is the lack of understanding exactly what Quality and Reliability mean and the difference between them!

It's a late hello, but really my first post in this forums.

My Chinese name is Houjun xia, A supervisor of QE been in component for Auto (Relay) and now in medical device (blood pressure monitor).
Being a Q member more than 6 years and enjoy this function at most of the past time.

8. If you could change the world of quality, what would you do? - Eliminate the idea that there is common sense and start from there.

7. Your pet peeve in quality -I get annoyed with the red tapism in procedures-U do it to please your boss although it doesnt make sense to customer(I mean non value added activities like excessive presentations)

8. If you could change the world of quality, what would you do-I am already working on NPIgenX which will integrate all lean,Six Sigma etc strategically nd avoid all non value added stuffs.
