Hi my name is Mick Haines and I am a Quality Engineer working within the aerospace industry. At work we have identified a need to update our training scheduler 'database' having found that the Excel Spreadsheet version we have been using has become corrupted and no longer works and is not up to date either. Having searched the internet I ended up within this forum and would like to try the database that was posted in here to see if that will provide the solution to our new managers.

Hello everyone,

I am Sherwin Ycay, 30 years old, Filipino National and currently working as Safety Engineer for a construction company in Abu Dhabi.

I am currently a graduate student of MSc in Occupational Safety and Health Management at Central State University of New York, Dubai Extension Campus, and stumbled upon this forum during my research about OHSAS 18001.

The discussion here in the forum regarding OSHMS has indeed helped me a lot in my presentation.

The pet peeve that I have found in my current company is the absence of QMS itself which is totally a shift with my previously ISO Certified employer in the Philippines.

Hi folks, my name is Sonny.I am an HSE Expert by profession. I have been employed in Emergency Medical Services, Facility Management, Real Estate Development and Government Social Sector Services.I am presently working in Dubai, UAE in a government sector. I have been involved in QHSE and Business Continuity for the past 10 years

Aside from quality my other passions are project management and information technology. I am frustrated with the inability of organizations to respond to the speed of change due to breaucratic controls. If I could change the world of quality I would like to put emphasis on realistic approach to implement new standards and regulations in correlation to the mindset of existing culture of an organization.
