3. I was in the various aspects of the Safety field for about 15 years. I have been involved in auditing for about 8 of those years and am now cutting my teeth on full fledged Quality Assurance.
4. Life Cycle Engineering, Various offices around the US
5. I have been in this position since February 2004. But have been associated with quality in various aspects for about 4 years.
6. I believe I can do anything with nothing. I really enjoy challenges and have the gift of gab. (Wait, maybe thats why I am in this business)
7. Probably getting managers and workers alike to understand that shortcuts, even when successful, aren't the way to get a proper end result.
8. This forum is a good start to the change I would like to see. People helping people. I have met several people in this field that infer help and then shove a bill in front of you.

7. When someone utters the words "we've done it that way for years and never had a problem", till now.
8. Clarify the misconception that "quality" is something "new or awe inspiring". The simple truth of the matter is, that when Quality is deemed to have failed us ...quite plainly someone has not done their Job. No if's, and's, or but's.
