Quality/Office Manager - responsible for monitoring QMS systems to ensure organsition meets the requirements of ISO9001 and Disability Services Standards.

3. Industry you're in or have been in

Currently work in the Not-for-profit sector for a community services organisation.

4. Company you work for and location

Vicdeaf is not-for-profit organisation that provides community services to Deaf and hard of hearing people including case management, counseling, supported accomodation, interpreting and sign language acquisition, audiological services and rehabilitation.

We are located in Melbourne, Australia

Since 1999.

6. Something personal that sets you apart

I am awfully ordinary, however I do have a very loud laugh

The use of ten words when one word would do

8. If you could change the world of quality, what would you do?

Agree with past comments: change the term "quality management system" to "management system" in recognition that quality is a part of everday and everything we do to acheive organisational objectives.

Engineering Information Coordinator/Supervisor. I supervise the Doc Center and am integrating Configuration Managment into our company.

Medical Devices - Implants for hips/knees/spine etc.

Currently in the spine business in Texas

I am going into my 5th year of Doc Control/Quality/Database Administration

I have really red hair

Honestly? The appathy toward it BY people not IN quality. That says alot as I am not in quality anymore.
