2. Sr. Quality Engineer - Primary responsibility is for QMS setup & operations. Previously been QA Engineer, Quality Systems Mgr, QS 9000 Coordinator, Sample Coordinator, Cost Estimator.
3. Automotive Supplier - Have worked with Gray Iron, machining, fiberglass, heat treat, molded rubber for vibration control, HVAC tubing fabrication, metal stamping, welding, assembly, molded rubber precision sealing, aluminum foundry and die cast.

5. 13+ years in Quality and I have been in manufacturing for 27 years almost all of it tied to automotive in form or another.
6. I had no intention of going to college until 10 years after HS, which I barely survived, I enrolled in 1984. I completed my BS in Business Administration in 2000 - 16 years later - & graduated Summe Cum Laude.
7. I have many, but will list two. 1- Those that only do enough to get by. 2- Failure to contain when something goes wrong.
8. Erase the alphabet soup acronyms - Make everyone understand the basics - Require all persons with an MBA to have demonstrated competence at actually having made something.
