Re: New Folks - Please Take a Minute and Introduce Yourself / Say Hello!

My name is Ken, I've been a Quality Engineer for 12 years now (time flies when you're having fun). I am currently working for a company named Horiba Instruments in Ann Arbor, Michigan as a Quality/Reliability Engineer. I've been here for 6 years. I enjoy movies, books, models and my action figure collection. My biggest pet peeve in quality is people who throw around all the buzz words (especially customers) but don't quite understand what they mean or what they are trying to accomplish with a system. I think I am liked and maybe respected, but sometimes not sure. The thing I would changed in the quality world - see my pet peeve.
