You're not gettin' sensitive now, are you Sheriff? I didn't mean nuthin' by it. Of course quality knowledge/techniques/attitudes can (should!) apply to whatever business one is in from ticket taker at the movies to farmer to rocket scientist.

At the time, I thought so. But, being as ignorant as others about the different types of businesses and their definitionsof Quality, there is very little difference. Just the amount of people you have to throw at a problem. Ticket taker, farmer, roofer, etc. Hmmmmm. There you go again with that class distinction. Is your chair jacked up?

If you wuz here I'd kick your butt! As I thought I was takin' your lead. I did a search and found these quotes:

And... I've worked construction, from laborer to painter. Worked retail. I've worked 6 years (PT) on a farm and sometimes I aspire to be a small farmer. This weekend I'll be a laborer again -- digging post holes!

And my chair's jack is broken and is locked in the lower position! Hah!

So don't gimme no more lip. I'd hate to have to go back to a criminal life.

You're posting your works (and I use the term loosely) on the wrong thread, Sheriff. I think Claes said works of fantasy can be discussed on his "Sci Fi" thread, though.
