Do you think if you practiced all winter and then through spring, that by summer you could do it? :vfunny:
Possibly, but I'm unlikley to find out. My neighbour seems to be smelling a rat. No matter how nicely I ask him he simply refuses to stand below that roof edge again. Now that I think of it, several neighbours seem to sneak back inside when I'm around.

Wonder if they don't they like me anymore

Just to make us feel better the weather dudes tell us that when it gets this cold we have an early spring as opposed to last year when it never got really cold, but winter lasted until April.
:bonk:
Thank goodness for that little thing they call global warming. Imagine how much colder it would have been!! When I woke up today it was -13F with a windchill of -30F!

Well, after all the snow here today, I feel like I'm home. I hate the cold without snow.

Ralph,
I'll take the snow here today over Hugo anyday! And while I'm thinking about it, I'd take it over earthquakes, mudslides, Palmetto bugs, Fire Ants, etc. etc.

Hey Randy,

I'll swap your snow for our Tropical deluges, Heat and Humidity. We have come out of a three year drought and are having the wetest Summer for ten years ( A good thing). Our dams and house water tanks are full, the frogs are chirping and the cattle are fatting up beautifully.

Unfortunately, it has been between 90 f and 102 f for about two weeks and the the nights have been above 70f (hard to sleep). A tropical Cyclone (Hurricane) is brewing in the Gulf and have copped about three inches of rain today. Eevrything is damp and we all have to stay inside. It could be worse of course. The cyclone could be HERE and not 1,000 miles away.

Hey, Energy, that "New Englanders" thing was great! :vfunny:

...with the possible exception that I would substitute Michiganders and the Detroit Tigers. :biglaugh:

I second Rob's suggestion. I walked out the door this morning thinking "oh, it's not as bad as they said it would be", then I noticed the snow on the roof of my truck was still there from last night, and it was parked in the garage (it usually melts off overnight)... and the only thing that stopped us from BBQing last night was because the propane froze.
