Here we are in the third day of our ISO 9001/QS9000/TE audit. They raked me on Document and Date Control, had to redo a lot of it. They said there was no control. Spent the night (literally) fixing it. The next morning the auditor looked at it and said he did not see any changes! Well, I had had a lot of coffee. He saw a side of me he had not seen before. I argued (very firmly)that he had not really read my procedural improvements. Finally he took the time to study them and said, "hmm...that looks pretty good". What if I hadn't argued? The rest of the audit went much better.
But enough of that. I have a question. After registration to ISO 9001/QS 9000/TE what do we put on the letterhead? Is it TE 9000? ISO 9001 TE? My understanding is that we can not use QS 9000 even though we used the QS standard to create and implement our quality system.Any ideas on this?
Thanks-results today!
