OK, there's 'lots of confidential stuff'... but I cannot see your point here. Confidential - so what? Almost everything I've dealt within the last 30 years or so has been confidential! It's not as though one is going to take it and put it on the world wide web! At least, not if one wishes to remain working
We may have to agree to disagree on this one, Ant?nio. You seem to be arguing that they're a 'special case' because so much of their work is confidential. While I accept they're not the same as your average manufacturing company

, I disagree that it cannot be done or that the confidentiality requirements prevent it.
I specialise in service fields, and had a lot of experience of quality consulting in many different kinds of organisations - public as well as private - where many even most of their activities are considered confidential.
Given the right arrangements in place (including signed confidentiality agreements, security vetting if required) I really fail to see why this should be any different or not be possible.
The fact that it has been achieved already would seem to support that.
