Thread Micrometer Standard Tolerances

Hello!

I have several thread micrometer standard rods in for calibration. I have looked everywhere for accuracy specifications for the rods and have come up empty. ASME B89.1.13-2001 gives a blanket statement on the micrometers themselves, but no statement on the standard rods. Are there document standards that define the accuracies of thread micrometer standards? Are there other resources that would be helpful? Thanks in advance.

If so than you could use DIN 863

So, now that I looked in to it a bit more, I need to back up. I found that DIN 863-3 governs non-standard external micrometers. Does it specifically mention thread micrometer standard rods?
