Timber Harvest Weight - Combining Error between Model & Sample in JPM

Hi, I wish to predict the timber harvest weight from an area of forest via a sample. I've developed a linear model on another area of forest of timber harvest weight versus a combination of 2 measurements on each of a sample of standing trees within it. My JMP program has given a confidence band for the mean - which I assume to include both error due to the sample + the model. How may I identify just that error due to the model, so I may combine that with the sampling error in the new forest?
