I have a drawing that has a general tolerance block and the attached is all that is in it. What does this mean?

I have not seen this notation before. It appears to be a tolerance on a right angle. Does your drawing reference the drafting standard used? If not, what is the country of origin?

No drafting standard referenced. It is European origin.

It is ISO 13715 "Edges of Undefined Shape"
It controls: edge breaks, permissible or not burrs, sharp corners, etc.
