We allow for the one-time interval extension of hand tools (crimpers, strippers, etc.) if they have not been used during the previous cycle. They are shrink-wrapped as evidence of use/non-use.
It turns out that torques wrenches are also shrink-wrapped at the head and extended one time if not used.
I disagree with this because I do not consider a torque wrench to be a hand-tool.
Assuming proper storage, does anyone know if a torque wrench will lose adjustment with time, but non-use?
