In a TQM organization, how would I find the concept of ‘Continual Improvement’ implemented so as to achieve the comprehensive focus on improvement of product, processes and system?
can somebody share mechanics of an effective employee suggestion and reward system? i am in a manufacturing company with about 600 employees and needs to implement a suggestion system. Thanks
