TQM Software suggestions wanted

Hello everyone!

I need your help. My company has a canned software program that we put inspection instructions, inspections, gage calibration and re-call, customer complaints, supplier DMRs, etc. into. We need to replace this canned software because it has reached it's limit.

Does anyone out there have knowledge of this type of software - again "canned"?

When you say "It has reached it's limit" do you mean it can't do anything else but what you've stated and your company has outgrown it and you need a newer canned TQM system to match or exceed your company's growth? Or do you mean your server is at it's limit and can't store anymore?


1) Budget - Low Sunday Business System (Look to the <<< left of the forum thread posts and there's an ad) It's MS Access database

Budget Higher- Harrington Group TQM does EVERYTHING and is web based, they'll even host the server

We need a newer canned program - keeps losing data / info - the product we have is no longer supported, therefore there are no fixes available. I SUSPECT IT CAN HOLD ONLY A LIMITED AMOUNT OF MORE DATA / INFO.

Also, our server is about a year old, has plenty of capacity / capability.

My organisation is considering software currently also. The favorite so far seems to be Q pulse which is by Gael. Has anyone any feedback on Q pulse good or bad? Just interested in peoples views of this package.

Hi everyone,

I too am considering Q-Pulse from Gael but I have looked at a number of other systems such as EQMS from Qualsys. Can anyone please give me their honest opinion of installation, usage and support of these two systems, or indeed point me to some software reviews? Thanks.
