Does anyone have a training feedback form I colud use to evaluate the training I have given in the past? I want to improve my classes and ensure that they are useful to the people attending them.

There is a misunderstanding that one sort of training evaluation form is as good as the next. This is, in fact not so.

To be worth its paper and ink, your training form should directly reflect the training you gave. It should be completed and returned quickly--but not always.

There are four types of training evaluation, ranging from "Did you like it?" to "What value did the training provide?" Learn more about the four levels here:
