gRrr.. does this forum not have a 'search' mode??.. I'm willing to bet this has been asked over and over..

Ok, here's the deal. This is my LAST day working for this company. I start my new job next week. I'm excited. I'm cleaning off my desk, making sure all my personal stuff is off my laptop.. etc etc.. and I get this email..

Re: QP-6.2.2, "Are you working on this for me before you leave?"

This is in response to an email I sent a few days ago, which said..

"The more I look at QP-6.2.2, the more I believe that it really should be completely re-written.. The whole concept of training and resource management is just so integral to the TS-16949 standard.. we need to beef this procedure up quite a bit."

So I wrote back..

* holds his hands up to his ears, and closes his eyes.. hoping he can pretend he didn't get this email.. *

Now.. I have to admit -- I'm feeling a little guilty.. so... does anyone have an example of the Training (mandatory procedure) document I can pass along to help them in my absence?

Thanks in advance.

Whoa.. I just now found the SEARCH thing!.. hehe.. awesome.. I will be checking it also.

hMmm.. nope.. nothing I see.

That's a shame.. I figured someone would LOVE their little QP so much that they would post it on here..

* pouts *

Give it more than 30 minutes, sheesh!! :lmao:

I don't love mine, but if you're going to pout... :lmao:

:applause:

hehe.. well u know how it is.. when it's your last day... everything takes too long..

I looked at it.. you are right.. it's ok... :agree1: but nothing to get too excited over..

hMmmm.. am I just going to have to do this myself??.. :magic: I don't want to.. I'm soo unmotivated today..

Here's a training procedure that I think is pretty good. It was written for ISO 9001:2000, so it may not meet all of the TS 16949 requirements though.

I imagine if you get a few procedures, you can cut, paste, and tweak them enough to give them at least a good draft before you leave - without over exerting yourself...

The procedure should address who and when comptency is determined. An example of competence can be determined by the employee's immediate supervisor upon satisfactorily demonstrating of his/her ability to perform the assigned task during the probationary period. How will you determine part-time employees?

Training Procedure for TS 16949 - Draft please comment

We are transitioning from QS to TS, can you review the attached procedure and give me your thoughts.

I have pieced this together from a couple of different docs.

Thanks,
