Training Record Template and tracking


Starting to get Involved
Currently the company I am at does a record of training for each individual and then files it. It is a lot of paper. I am looking to simplify the process but also make tracking easier. Does anyone have a template they use to document training and also how they track. Any suggestions or examples.

We converted ours to a simple spreadsheet. We can then sort by the training topic or individual to create a list of what was done.
