If anyone has suggestions on training record software that provides a centralized database that can be used for different types of training it would be most appreciated. Preferably software that is inexpensive.
I have looked through some posts here that are related but most of the software seems geared to larger companies and the price tag reflects that.
We have 200ish employees in 3 facilities.
Basically, training documentation is lagging behind. This is mostly due to no one having a clearly defined role in updating the training records. My hope is that by providing one system that can be used for various types of training that we will streamline the process and make it more user friendly, thus, hopefully, resulting in a system that can be used by all who document the training. Doing it the same way in the same system vs. doing it differently in different forms.
I have found Employee Training Manager that seems promising. It is inexpensive and seems to be a step in the direction that we need to go.
I am just hoping that others have similar systems in place and may be able to make a recommendation with input as to why or why not they would recommend it.
Thanks everyone!
