The third edition has removed the matter of training as a strategic issue.Number of my clients were almost harrassed by the Registrar on this issue that what is the evidence to prove that Training is a strategic issue in the organisation. Now , it is no more a requirement. What was the logic to remove it ? If any one kindly enlighten me. I personally believe that to make the systems work training continues to be strategic issue and the success for systems implementation . Look forward to hear form all and one.
