Transactional training material for what?

Transactional analysis is about the assessment of human behavior in interpersonal interaction classified as ADULT / PARENT / CHILD type of personality. There are tests which indicates what interpersonal behavior mix one demonstrates.

The outcome expected therefore is to help identify such behavior and change communication style to effective interactions.

I didn't realize the P-A-C model was called transactional analysis.
